Junior Account Manager
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager, a person who wants to grow in business. We are looking for someone who, together with us — the founders — will support us in the sales process. Work a minimum of 4 days a week. Ultimately, we want to hire someone for permanent cooperation. We are open to final year students. Therefore, the hour dimension at the beginning may be smaller. It is good that you have experience in any other job.
Forks: 4000-5000 zł net

What will the work consist of?
The work will consist of cooperation with other experts from Winter as well as with the owners. Together we will arrange the sales process (prospecting, qualification, contracts, bidding, followups — don't worry if you don't know these names — you will get to know them during 1 month implementation). After the implementation process, you will be in charge of the sales process. What will the first months of work look like in the winter? In the first month we will introduce you to the tasks. During this time, I will need your presence in the office on Marszałkowska 4 days a week. After this time, there will be no such need. You will be able to work partly from home, partly from the office. We will talk daily about the assigned tasks, verify them and plan activities for the next days. 50% of the time it will be working with excel and the remaining 50% working with people. Work requires scrupulousness, accuracy. A welcome sense of aesthetics — we sell design to clients so we expect you to keep an eye on the presentations to make them legible and beautiful.
